2 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz grenadine
Crushed ice
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
Shake it up: In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Add crushed ice and shake well for 10–15 seconds.
Pour: Fill a tall glass (like a hurricane or tiki glass) with fresh crushed ice. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass.
Add grenadine: Slowly pour grenadine into the glass. Let it settle for a layered effect — no stirring!
Garnish: Top with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw and enjoy the island vibes!
Notes
Add a splash of soda water for a bubbly twist.
For a creamier texture, mix in ½ oz cream of coconut.
